Founded in 1985, GMS Digital is one of the earliest accredited ISO 9001 scanning bureaus in Australia, delivering historical and archival imaging services to local councils and government institutions across the country. Supported by ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems and ISO/IEC 27001:2022 Information Security Management Systems, we provide secure, consistent and auditable digitisation services aligned with the highest professional standards.

We are a verified vendor on NSW Procurement ICT Services SCM0020 Category G20 Digitisation and a signatory to Queensland GITC5 for Government.

GMS Digital employs a large team of fully trained professionals, recognised as experts in digitising fragile, sensitive and culturally significant collections to National Archives of Australia standards. Our ISO certified management systems support the secure handling and management of confidential information throughout every stage of the digitisation process.

Working primarily with councils, libraries, museums, universities, archives, government bodies, art galleries, and creative industries, GMS Digital provides specialist microfilm, scanning, imaging, conversion, and indexing services. Our advanced digitisation equipment enables us to produce more than 18 million images per month.
